Executive Director

Edie is a College of Charleston alumna and an award-winning, National Board Certified Teacher who has educated and advocated for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for more than 30 years. In 2010, she created the REACH Program on a foundation of inclusion and self-determination, and she shares her knowledge of best practices as a conference keynote speaker and consultant for universities developing post-secondary programs. Edie incorporates these philosophies into every decision she makes. 


Lisa Christian

Associate Director & Support Coordinator

Lisa earned a Master of Social Work at the University of South Carolina and is a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Certified PEERS for Young Adults Provider, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In addition to teaching REACH support sessions, Lisa provides transition services for the senior cohort and program alumni, and facilitates psycho-educational groups on topics such as safety, social skills development, and self-care.


Nora Krasowski

Lead Support Coordinator

Nora earned her M.A. in Teaching & Special Education with a concentration in Intellectual Disabilities from the College of Charleston and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She draws upon her experience as a special educator when developing curricula and teaching REACH support sessions to ensure each student has a solid educational foundation.

Jessica earned her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University-Purdue University and is a state and nationally certified occupational therapist with years of experience working in outpatient, community, and school settings. In addition to teaching REACH support sessions, her knowledge and experience play a key role in shaping the support and transition services she provides students.

Latia earned her M.S. in Guidance Counseling from the College of New Rochelle. With experience in secondary, post-secondary, and transitional counseling, Tia's perspective as a Certified Education and Career Counselor helps her students focus on clear goals for their future.


Christine Randolph

Support Coordinator

Christine earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University and is a state and nationally certified occupational therapist with experience working in pediatrics and brain injury. In addition to teaching REACH support sessions, she uses her knowledge, experience, and research to support students in their transition to a successful and fulfilling adulthood.


Arianne Bauserman

Mentor Coordinator

Arianne earned her B.A. in Recreation, Parks & Tourism with a concentration in Management & Recreation Therapy from Radford University, is a Certified PEERS for Young Adults Provider, and has over 10 years of experience working as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. As the mentor coordinator for the REACH program, Arianne recruits and trains student mentors and works diligently to pair them in ways that foster positive mentor–mentee relationships.


 Elise Ladew 
Administrative Coordinator

Elise earned her B.A. in Communications from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and has more than a decade of experience in office administration, most recently in the Concierge Medical, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Executive Search fields.
